West Kowloon Government Offices
Characteristic
Completed in January 2019, the West Kowloon Government Offices has a gross floor area of over 90,000 sq m. It is built in “twin-tower” design, comprised of the 16-storey South Tower and the 14-storey North Tower. The two buildings are inter-connected by a spacious public space decorated with greenery and vehicular access. The lobby is small in size.

How to Apply
Send in the application form at least 10 clear working days in advance of the filming date with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, size of the crew, use of government power supply and details of the use of any explosives and/or inflammable materials.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid by cashier order at least 2 clear working days before filming.
If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
If the number of film crew members exceeds 30 and/or the property has been vacant and not manned by security guards, the applying company has to engage a security guard to monitor the filming at its own cost from the relevant property management agent via the Government Property Agency :
