Cross-Harbour Tunnel, opened in 1972, is 1,860 m in length. It is the first tunnel link between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. It marked a significant change in the history of transport infrastructure development in Hong Kong. The tunnel is heavily loaded with flow of vehicles. The ends of the tunnel are situated at Wan Chai and Hung Hom.

Processing time : at least 10 working days.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours and $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block.
Additional fees will be charged for the operational costs of administering the filming activities.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $50 million at their own expense in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR, Chun Wo Tunnel Management Ltd and the company with terms and conditions to be approved by the Tunnel Operator. A copy of the policy should be provided to the Tunnel Manager. Applicants are advised to contact the Tunnel Manager for the insurance requirements.
